About Emery & Peggy
Our Principles
At Maranatha Grace Ministries, we believe in the importance of compassion, kindness, and respect. We strive to embody these principles in everything we do, and we encourage others to do the same. We believe that by treating others with love and understanding, we can create a better world for all.
We have been teaching and training in the prison system since 2009. We have taught Literacy, GED, Bible studies, and Victory Bible College, a 3-year Bible College course. We have taught hundreds of inmates so that they can pursue careers and obtain good jobs when they are released from prison. We see statistics that the more education an inmate has, the less likely he is to return to prison after release. Our classes also help inmates have a better self image. Most of them have come from less than desirable backgrounds and fatherless homes. Learning that God is now their Father and role model helps them relate to life in a totally different way. It also helps that Emery and Peggy are also role models for a normal, happy, Jesus centered marriage and home.
